A. saxatile vs. A. odoratum

Touche!   So, a nursery person uses the name Arisaema wumengense for the
Chen Yi specimen in a catalog, does it not then invalidate this name if it
has indeed not been validly published previously?  Would this be the same
case in an internet catalog?  How is this addressed by the Botanical Code.
Thanks in advance for a taxonomic education.
