Arisaema sikokianum?

One of the species to germinate this year is from the Goteburg Botanic
Garden and was labled Arisaema sikokianum, however all of the cotyledons
are single and look very much like those of A. flavum, for example. All
of the A. sik. seedlings that have germinated for me up to this point
have had three leaflets. I guess mistakes do happen even in reputable
botanic gardens. Is it likely that there has been a mistake, or does A.
sikokianum sometimes come up like that?
