True, but many are synonyms for valid species: P. tuberifera is =
synonymous with P. ternata; P. tuberifera v. pedatisecta and wawrae are =
both synonyms for P. pedatisecta; P. browniana is the same as P. =
cordata. There are also questionable references: the citation for P. =
cochinchinensis is to a US Dept. of Agriculture Bureau of Plant Industry ==
bulletin (#142, p.35--1909) which is merely a list of seeds imported--no ==
description of the species (I have never been able to find a valid =
citation for this species).
