More on Kaichen's pictures

A closer look revealed that the pictures do arrive completely. What's
happening is the Black Band with the
picture title in it is obscuring the picture. Where it only covers the
bottom of the picture, it looks
as if the picture didn't complete. But, some of the pictures show a
narrow stripe at the beneath the
black band, and in others, the band goes right through the center of the
picture.
