The Kaichen prices are real, but there's shipping, and, more limiting,
there are
minimum order requirements. Jan Renfroe can fill you in on the latter.

Even with both overseas and local shipping charges, the $1 plants cost
$1.42,
$2 plants $2.81, $2.50 plants $3.52, $3 plants $4.22, and $6 plants
$8.44. So far,
what I have received has been of wonderful quality. I can't tell you more
until they actually start growing this spring.
