abnormal leaves

I'm growing a second cycle of about 4/5 species of Arisaema under
lights. But a majority of the leaves are...curled. I don't know if it
could be something in the potting soil/mix or possibly the temperature
of the room. It is a small room and the lights probably make the plants
quite warm.

I've used this light set up on seeds of annuals and perennials for
several years and have not had a notic(e)able problem. I have also used
this soil mix without problem.

Any suggestions or comments?
