You don't say how long it has been since they emerged. If it's been 2-3
months, they may just be going dormant.

However, it could be underwatering. Just humidity isn't enough if the soi=l
gets too dry. The other question is did you put any osmocote in the potti=ng
mix?

I had a similar occurrence with some sikokianum tubers that sprouted in t=he
fridge last year, and I'm not sure why. My recollection is that I put the=m
back in the fridge after they went down and that they were OK after anoth=er
three months' rest.
As long as the tubers aren't soft, they should be OK.
