You don't need the sulphur if the seed are cleaned well, if not, I doubt
the sulphur
will help. Deno says if the seed rot, they most likely are no good
anyway.
Light is not required for Arisaema germination.
The best germination is at 70F. Some species only produce roots & tuber
the
first season. A cold period is required before they form a shoot.
Germinating at
40F will not change this pattern. It only lowers the percentage
germinated.
