Sorry to present a non-arisaema topic, but I have a question. Two years
ago I planted dormant Dracunculus vulgaris. Last year when no growth
emerged, I counted them as a loss. Now, after two years in the ground,
they are making growth. Is this unusual?

Also, on a lark I planted Helicodiceros muscivorus outdoors and it made
it through our zone 6 winter and was even unscathed after a 20 degree F
night this week. What's the northern limit of this species?
