Rot on Arisaema

Does anyone have a program for preventing rot? Can or should sulfur be
applied before rot can begin? Has anyone ever tried watering occasionally
with a very mild Clorox solution? What about surrounding the corm/tuber with
sand? I'm guessing most of the rots are fungal, but there are likely other
causes as well. Here in the Delaware Valley fungus detrimental to plants is
rampant. Wish morels were as plentiful!
