If I was going to pull your leg, I would make sure it was dislocated and
then run away with your Arisaemas ... :)

Be that as it may: -

My tortuosum seed sprouted well, but succumbed (along with others) to the
travails of a non-existant spring, up here in Maritime Canada. Even with
the use of "No-Damp", I lost a lot of Arisaema seedlings because of rampant
mildew and mold.

I have one of Ellen's candidissimum tubers and it did a wonderful job of
coming out with a pure white to cream spathe, with pink stripes coming up
from the base of the spathe and fading out about one quarter way up. Light
green at the base. It was fragrant around sunrise up to before the heat of
the day; around 10:30 am to 11:00 am; but only for a few days after it had
opened fully. It has put out another leaf from the tuber: Yes!
