white ringens

I have a very strange ringens in my garden.  It is white in the leaves
and flower with a liitle green in the middle of the leaf along the leaf
vein.

Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts about what could cause this?

This bulb was planted last summer.  When it arrived it had a leaf on it
and then the leaf quickly died off after being planted.  So I had very
little time to observe it.
