A new Old Member

Please welcome a new OLD member. Fridrik applied long ago but the
correspondence got lost in the cracks here, so please welcome him now. He
is our only member in Iceland. Talk about hardy!

Fridrik is  just starting growing Arisaemas - they are practically
unknown
in Iceland, and his goal is to try to find some species that might thrive
there.  Currently he is growing seedlings from seed he sowed
last spring - however, he expects the list to expand considerably this
year.

Seedlings:
7 A. flavum        (ARGS),
5 A. sikokianum (ARGS)
2 A. amurense   (from a Russian botanical garden).
