Arisaema seeds and hardiness

Lois - Arisaema amurense grows wild as far north as Vladivostok (in
Siberia) so I suspect it will be hardy for you.  Of course, there may be
hardier and less hardy varieties kicking around - one way to find out.

I grow A. franchetianum inground here in upstate NY, but we're USDA zone
5b to begin with, and we add to that a generally deep and consistent
winter snowcover (no summer snowcover yet, though we have managed
mid-May).

As many people are observing, arisaemas are hardier than we thought.
You'll just have to kill a few for science.....
