[Ipe-discuss] Where to get V 7.2.30 binary for windows?

Hello;

First, the web page https://ipe.otfried.org/  says that latest version
is 7.2.29, but https://github.com/otfried/ipe/releases  says that
latest version is 7.2.30.

But I am on windows and need binary and not source code.

Only binary I see is at https://ipe.otfried.org/  which is 7.2.29.

Does there exist windows 10 binary for 7.2.30 somewhere else?
