[Ipe-discuss] Matplotlib backend problem

Hi,

I am receiving the following error message when I am trying to use the ipe
backend for matplotlib:

*ImportError: cannot import name 'maxdict' from 'matplotlib.cbook*

I am on Python 3.11 and matplotlib 3.8.3

Anyone managed to solve it?
