Yes.  (Tiling pattern in the object menu (if object is filled))

1- Save your file in xml and edit it with a text editor and add colors at the relevant place:
<color name="blue" value="0 0 1"/>
<color name="brown" value="0.647 0.165 0.165"/>
<color name="darkblue" value="0 0 0.545"/>
<color name="darkcyan" value="0 0.545 0.545"/>
2- Menu Edit : Style sheets   and add a style sheet with colors (example added)
