[Ipe-discuss] Mouse wheel zoom

Some more details:

1. If you hold the Control key at the same time, the scroll wheel still zooms.
2. If you put this in your customization.lua file, the scroll wheel on an external mouse should zoom:

prefs.scroll.pan = false

if you also want to change the speed of zooming, change  prefs.scroll.zoom_per_degree
