[Ipe-discuss] Mouse wheel zoom

Hi

With the latest IPE (7.2.10) on Mac the mouse wheel now scrolls up and
the page (very slowly). I'm pretty sure previously it would have
zoomed, which makes more sense in this sort of program. Would it be
possible to restore that behaviour?

PS: Good work on dark mode! Could do with different icons (some are
black-on-dark-grey) but other than that it looks great.
