[Ipe-discuss] (Ipe --> SVG) on Windows

On macOS
    > iperender -svg file.ipe file.svg
produces an SVG file from an Ipe file.

On Windows '-svg' is not even an option in iperender
    > "c:\Program Files\ipe-7.2.7\bin\iperender"
    Usage: iperender [ -png | -ipe ] ...

Has that always been the case? I see at
https://github.com/otfried/ipe-tools/tree/master/appimage instructions
for building an AppImage. Is there a native way to do the conversion
on Windows?
