The list of grid sizes is taken from your document's style sheet, so you
need to learn to make a new one.  This is exactly the same process as
adding new colours, new line thicknesses, etc.

Here is a short example that adds one grid size:

<gridsize name="2 pts" value="2"/>
</ipestyle>
