[Ipe-discuss] Drawing in H2 and S2 before finessing with Ipe

Hello Arvind,

Supporting the program on Windows and Linux will be steps 2 and 3.
Right now I can make suggestions for compiling and running gfDraw only
if you are on OS X and have a reasonably recent release of Qt. On OS X
all drawing operations are indeed interactive.
