[Ipe-discuss] where is ipe-update-master

Section 8.1 of the Ipe manual says that there is a Lua script named
"ipe-update-master" with which I can use to extract defintions of Latex
document. But I cannot find this thing in the Ipe program directory. Is this
a file or something else?
