[Ipe-discuss] set default packages in IPE

Hello,

i have a question about using different packages in 
IPE: How can i set default packages in IPE so that in every new document
 the package will be included automatically? Until now i had to put the 
\uspackage{} in the Latex preamble...
I think this works with 
ipe-update-master, but i can´t find this skript in the files of IPE. I´m
 workin on Windows 7 with IPE 7.0.10.
