The error is here:

Your pdflatex is using the Metafont version of CMR10.  Ipe does not
support Metafont fonts, only fully scalable fonts (Postscript Type 1 or
Truetype fonts).

Something is wrong in your Tex installation - it should be using

<.../texmf/fonts/type1/bluesky/cm/cmr10.pfb>

instead.
