[Ipe-discuss] cairo.dll not found.

Hi, none of the IPE 7 windows builds work for me. Apparently they
require cairo.dll, which isn't in the download.

According to Dependency Walker the following DLLs are missing:

cairo.dll
freetype2.dll
lua51.dll
zlib.dll

It also gives the following errors:

Error: At least one required implicit or forwarded dependency was not found.
Error: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing
export function in an implicitly dependent module.
Error: Modules with different CPU types were found.
Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing
export function in a delay-load dependent module.

(Note I'm running this on x64).
