[Ipe-discuss] faint fine white "bulls eye" in larged filled circular marks

Another difference between ipe 6 and ipe 7 is that in ipe 6 filled
circular marks were solid black (if black was chosen for the fill and
stroke). In ipe 7, there is usually a faint, fine white circular line
where the fill and outline apparently to not fully meet (visible in
both eps and pdf). Is there a way to fix this? Is this a bug?
