[Ipe-discuss] ä,ö,ü

Hello,

i´m under Mac OS 10.5 and use IPE. But i can´t use the letters ä,ü,ö (I 
´m from Germany). Does anybody have the same Problem? In my Latex  
Preamble i use \usepacke[ngerman]{babel}, but it doesn´t work for me.
Another Problem is, if i want to use the mathematical expression  
\frac{}{}, it shows me only the part above the line and nothing under  
the Line? Any Solutions for these problems?
