[Ipe-discuss] recovering panels

hola pedro,

right-click on the gray window area, for example to the right of the 
"help" menu.  then you get a new menu where you can tick "properties" 
and "layers" :-)

before knowing this trick, i had to remove the file ~/.ipe/iperc a few 
times (under linux)...
