Both, apparently.  I removed the two largest paper size settings,
because they didn't work well with the other settings in the style file.
  If you want to use such a large paper size, you should make your own
style file for it.

(Personally, I decided that it makes more sense to just use 800x600 for
on-screen presentations, and leave it to Acrobat Reader to present it
full-screen.  There is no relation between "points" and "pixels" anyway.)

However - if a presentation already used a media size, then saving it
again shouldn't change it.  That's a bug, I will look into it.
