[Ipe-discuss] Ipelet for moving selected objects with Ctrl + Alt + numerical keypad

The Ipelet gives one the possibility to move selected objects with the
Ctrl + Alt + numerical keypad in steps of 0.1, 1 or 10
pt in each direction.

I think this solves bug #53:
