[Ipe-discuss] PDF drawing tools

The Ipe program is very cool.  The group I'm in is in need of a program that offers drawing capabilities like those in Ipe but for use with an existing PDF file.  Is there a way to import a PDF and draw on that file with Ipe?  We have our drawings in PDF and my group needs to be able to markup the drawings for the designers to make the changes and to maintain an electronic record of the changes.
