[Ipe-discuss] 3-point arcs

I was surprised to discover that ipe misbehaves badly when asked to
draw an arc through 3 colinear points, if the middle point is not
between the other two.  Clearly the answer should be two rays
extending to infinity, but what's actually drawn seems to be very
buggy (and managed to freeze my system, somewhat disturbingly.)
