[Ipe-announce] Ipe 7.2.30 is out

Ipe 7.2.30 is now available in source form on the Ipe homepage at
http://ipe.otfried.org.

This is a mini-release in source form only, to solve a problem with new versions of the Qt library (which is already used e.g. by Arch Linux).

There are no new binary packages at this time, and if you are not running Qt 6.6 or newer, there is no need to upgrade.
