[Ipe-announce] Ipe 7.2.27 is out

Ipe 7.2.27 is now available in source form, as a Windows binary, and as a
MacOS app on the Ipe homepage at http://ipe.otfried.org.

The only major change is the mechanism for selecting objects in the transformation modes discussed on the discussion list.

On Linux we have also now migrated to Qt6.
