[Ipe-announce] Ipe 7.2.20 is out

Ipe 7.2.20 is available in source form, as a Windows binary, as a MacOS app, and as Linux packages on the Ipe homepage at http://ipe.otfried.org.

The online Latex-compilation service at latexonline.cc has upgraded to texlive-2020 recently, and during the upgrade its configuration changed in a way that causes online Latex translation to fail for documents with more than a few pieces of text.

This version of Ipe fixes this by using a different API of latexonline.cc.   If you use online Latex translation, I strongly recommend you to upgrade.

A few other bugs have been fixes as well: most importantly, one can now actually interact with all the layers on a page with many layers on Windows.

Ipe 7.2.20 (2020-06-25)

 * Send Latex source to Latexonline service using a POST request with
   a tarball, so that larger documents will work as well (bug #335).
   On Linux, ipecurl is now a shell script.

 * Fix Latex compilation when there is a space in the path (bug #339).

 * Make it possible to interact with layers only reached by scrolling
   on Windows (bug #337).

 * Fix compilation with Qt 5.15 without deprecation warnings.
