[Ipe-announce] Mac OS X bundle for Ipe 7.1.4 available

It seems I forgot to announce this before:

Nathaniel Cunningham has volunteered to build Mac OS X bundles of Ipe, 
so that Mac users do not need to compile Ipe themselves anymore.  He 
uploaded a bundle of Ipe 7.1.4 already two months ago. (Somehow I didn't 
notice and so no announcement was sent to the list.)
