[Ipe-announce] Ipe 7.0.10 available

A new release of Ipe 7 is now available from the Ipe homepage
http://ipe7.sourceforge.net. (Source only so far, a Windows build will
follow when time permits.)

There are few bug fixes and a number of minor improvements.  The only
major issue is the use of sonames for all dynamic libraries.

If you haven't used Ipe 7 before, please read the chapter in the manual
about moving from Ipe 6 to Ipe 7. It is also available on-line at

Bug reports should be filed on Ipe Bugzilla, not posted to the list.

Feel free to use the list to ask questions or discuss the new features,
of course.
