[Ipe-announce] Ipe 6 Preview 32 patch1 available

A new patch release of Ipe 6 is available.  The immediate reason is to
have a version that works with Qt 4.5 under European locales.  At the
same time, a few major bugs are fixed.

I did not increase the version number, so this is preview 32 patch 1, to
 avoid the hassle caused by co-authors using newer Ipe version.

I will no longer build Windows binaries for Ipe 6 (I do not use Windows
anymore).  I'm sure somebody will be so kind to provide them.  I will
build official Windows binaries again for Ipe 7.

For those of you packaging Ipe for distribution:  Because of the last
change below, it is no longer necessary to make the ipe package
dependent on a specific version of freetype.  A lower bound should now
be fine.

Ipe 6.0 preview 32 patch 1 (2009-04-30)

 * Fixed writing floating point numbers again (bug #279).

 * Qt 4.5 breaks setting locale (bug #281).

 * Fixed broken \rule (bug #268).

 * Removed check against freetype version.  It breaks Ipe whenever
   distributions upgrade freetype, and seems no longer necessary.  In
   principle, freetype should provide upwards binary compatibility.
