Can't open Intkey datasets with Firefox

Hi Michael,

If I understand the problem correctly, there is any easy fix for it. 
Your system manager needs to configure your web server so that the *.ink 
files are served up with a Content-type (formerly known as MIME type) of 
"application/x-intkey". Currently they are being served with a 
Content-type of "text/plain". Firefox is behaving correctly - it should 
only display the contents of any file with this Content-type, not 
attempt to open it with another application. This is briefly mentioned 
in section 7.2 (see point 6) of the Users Guide.
