Hi Paul,
I hope you are well- just to give you advice on how my seedlings have done from last year- as haven’t had any germination from this current batch I received this year yet.
I sowed like you all my seedlings in one 12” pot and left them all to grow together last year. I over wintered them in the same pot in a cold frame.
I am in London, UK and we get quite mild winters here- probably going down to -5 degrees celcius a coupe of times, but normally about -2 or -3. The pot of seedlings would have been allowed to stay quite dry over winter. With very occasional small amounts of
water.
They have started to grow this year- and I plan to leave them again in this pot again for another year until they get large enough to separate.
These are arisaema consanguinium in the pot on the right- just a single leaf last year and the first tri lobe leaf this year.
And a photo of my ramshackle old cold frame where I store them for winter.
Hope this helps!
Owen
