[Arisaema-l] USA permits

Hi Eric,
I want to get a permit, but I'm confused if an individual not affiliated
with an organization (as in the wording of the permit form) can still apply
for a permit. Also, the form says to list the seeds to import, so we just
write down those seeds we want in the exchange although we might not get
them?
