Hello Ben,

The UK certainly has more places that sell interesting aroids than Australia.

I am fixated on Arisaema at present with several other aroids floating about.

I am having better luck at setting seed this year with many more plants flowering than previously. It also means that I am finding all of the miss labelled plants that I have received.

Regards Colin

Welcome Ben,

I too am a collector of tuberous Araceae, primarily Arum. There are some marvelous Arum cultivars in the UK, but so far I have been unable to find a way to import them. You are lucky.

My attempts at Arisaema have mostly met in disaster, but I keep trying. I also collect penillia and some other aroids.

Hello,

I have just recently signed up to the AEG, and thought I'd post a brief message here just to say hi!

I'm a collector of tuberous Araceae (amongst other plants) based in Devon, UK. My main areas of interest are Arisaema and Arum, although I grow many different genera of both temperate and more tropical species. I look forward to taking part in the discussions here.

Regards,
Ben Candlin.
