[Arisaema-l] SeedEx 2014 is open for ordering

My, the USDA permit is for "small lots of seed". It is good for three 
years and is renewable. You can use it any time you wish to obtain seeds 
from abroad. There is loads of helpful information in the Seed Exchange 
section of the North American Rock Garden Society webpage at www.nargs.org
