[Arisaema-l] Arisaema sources

Hello,

I am a the plant buyer for the Friends School Plant Sale in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Our sale was on Mothers Day weekend and was a great success.

Years ago I was able to buy /Arisaema sikokianum/ from a local nursery that has since gone out of business. No other local vendors have them available.

I recently met the nursery's owner and asked if he could tell me where he got them. He said that he imported them from Japan but didn't remember the from whom.

Can anyone here recommend a reliable nursery that would ship them to the USA?

Next question, at our sale one of our customers requested /Dranunculus vulgaris/ which he said was hardy in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Green Bay is north of Minneapolis but is next to Lake MIchigan so the winters are moderated.

Do any of you grow /Dranunculus vulgaris/ in northern gardens?
