[Arisaema-l] Question about seed distribution in the US.

Hi Nancy and Eric,

I have not had to renew yet.  One can apply electronically  but I found 
that in order to obtain the permit I had to appear in person with 
identification at the closest USDA station, about a two hour drive 
away.  Trying to schedule that was my most time-critical part of the 
permit process.
