If you look close you’ll see the rust spores and sometimes little orange Diptera larvae eating the spores.

Check under the leaves of your arisaema. See any orange - brown - tan nodules? If yes that is arisaema rust. Bag and discard.

I just found this today. The picture is not that good but you can see the swollen stem and distorted leaves of the Arisaema. So can it be saved or do I get it out and to plastic bag to dispose of the problem? It looks like it has been exposed to 24D but has not so that means a nasty problem.
