In the winter and spring of 2010, I had stored a couple of pots of Arisaema
dry in the fridge after failing to get them to come out of dormancy in late
winter. I put them back in the fridge in May of 2010, and totally forgot
about them
The other day, in late June 2011, I came across them and moved them
outdoors into the lath house. They are now sending up shoots.
These are A. yunnanense aridum and A. fargesii. Both were raised from
seed from AEG.
I was really surprised that the seem perfectly healthy after failing to
come out of dormancy 18 months ago and stying dormant again for the past 13
months. Is this unusual behavior for container-grown Arisaema?
