seed exchange question

Not exactly sure exactly seed exchange works, as I just joined a little
earlier this year. But I have sent a seed request and my USDA shipping label
to Holland.



I also have some seeds to contribute. Do I just mail them to the same
address in Holland? They are close to ready now.



When are the seeds usually sent out?
