Interesting and important data. Perhaps a breeding ground or focus for ==
local mutations. My yard is much drier and sunnier and as I noted-- I =
have one triphyllum that gets about 10-12 hrs. of direct sun a day in =
summer, that grows in a gritty and somewhat dry sandy soil. It produced ==
about 6 female plants last yea. I will send seeds of it this year. All ==
green except for the dark striped underside of the last half of the nice ==
broad spathe limb, About 18-20" tall. To -20=B0 F

Well, that particular plant won't be setting seed this year, because =
it was male.
I'll be sure to donate seed of anything weird I have that produces it =
in quantity.
Now I'm going to have to survey the sex of them all.
